Linda Proud: Author Talk & Book Signing
A talk with novelist Linda Proud, exploring how she recreates the Iron Age world of the Dobunni at the moment the Fosse Way became Rome’s frontier. Drawing on her novels Chariot of the Soul and The Albios Way, she discusses daily life, landscape, and spirituality in this “lost” era, with two brief readings: one on riding the Severn bore in coracles, and one evoking the sacred lake once in north Gloucester.
