In this hands-on workshop, participants will have the opportunity to create their own unique Dorset Button to take home. Led by the talented artist Katie Taylor, attendees will delve into the art of freehand embroidery, crafting personalised patches inspired by the Buttons, Badges, and Blazers exhibition at the museum. As a freelance costume professional and member of Gloucester’s creative community, JOLT, Katie has experience working on costumes for Disney, Shakespeare Birthplace Trust and Welsh National Opera.
